Shipping to the U.S.
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, D.C.; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping options during checkout may vary based on your shipping address and selected items.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The rates are as follows:

- Delivery times take effect from the day your order ships:

Handling Absences & Returns
- If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or re-delivery.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details:
- We will contact you to confirm your address.
- Reshipping will incur additional charges.
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but not received, or refused at the delivery address.
Customs & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees payable directly to local customs authorities.
- Delay or additional charges due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

- Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

- Changes after the order ships are not guaranteed.
- Incorrect addresses leading to return will incur extra shipping fees to resend the order.
Order Cancellation & Changes

- We will do our best but cannot guarantee modifications once the order is processed or shipped.
- Orders placed as a guest cannot be linked to an account or customized afterward; only registered accounts have access to order management features.
